Custom "I Voted" Stickers Celebrating Women's Herstory

For the 2020 Election, Hotel Figueroa, or “The Fig,” is an official Los Angeles County polling center. This election year also coincides with the 100th anniversary of women’s suffrage. The Fig’s rich history is deeply rooted in the women’s movement in Los Angeles, because it was founded and built by women in 1926. The hotel wanted to create custom illustrated graphics and stickers that would celebrate both. The direction was to create a stylish, millennial and instagram-friendly “I Voted” sticker, that would acknowledge the centennial as well as incorporate the sash work by the suffragettes.
